The BGF offers its Nocturnes which allow you to play games until the middle of the night!

When does it take place?

  • From Friday, August 29th to Saturday, August 30th, from 8 pm to 3 am.
  • From Saturday, August 30th to Sunday, August 31st, from 6 pm to 3 am

Is it paid?

Access is included in the Friday or Saturday day ticket (depending on the night opening), so yes, you must pay the day entrance fee.

What can you do there?

Full Game Library: Enjoy the complete game library of our partner LudoLudo, with volunteers available to explain the rules.

Special events are also offered during the evenings: a Heat championship by Le But du jeu and a Blood on the clocktower by Hunivers boardgame on Friday; a Blood on the clocktower by Hunivers boardgame and a 2 rooms and a boom by Le But du jeu on Saturday. Information and registration at the festival reception during the day (or at the ticket office for Heat).

Proto-Night: Participate in Proto-Night to test prototypes of games that may be published one day!

What if I want to play long games?

If you want to play a long game, you can reserve one of our “long games” at the Animation point to ensure you have it from the start of the night. You might also meet others who want to stay up and play around this game!

Can I bring my own games?

Of course! If you’d like to play your favorite game during the evening, that’s perfectly fine; there will be plenty of tables available.However, you are responsible for the condition of your game throughout the evening

What if I want to participate in Proto-Night?

If you have a prototype to showcase, you can still reserve a table (if available) for Proto-Night.

And if I get hungry or thirsty during Game Night?

Our food truck partners will remain available until 11 p.m. and of course the Grand Hall Bar will remain open during all evening hours to offer you drinks, snacks and also homemade croques (only during evening hours).
