How does it work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Like last years, the Games Market of the Brussels Games Festival will take the form of a consignment sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you wish to sell one or more games at the BGF Games Market, it’s very simple : do it online. Then please come and drop off your games on the designated days, at the venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When will the Games Market of the BGF take place?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can drop off your games for the consignment sale at designated times before the sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* You will also have the possibility to drop them off during the market hours, but the wait times might be longer, and for maximum 10 boardgames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I deposit as many games as I like?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yes. This year there is no more limit only if you register online<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, the labels will include a QR code, which will allowing us to quickly check in your games. You can print these labels from the online registration form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your games are labeled, you\u2019ll go to the fast line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your games aren’t, you\u2019ll go to the long line that stretches all the way to the sidewalk\u2014in the blazing sun\u2026 or in the rain!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I sell whatever I want?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The games you drop off at the games market must be complete and in good condition. They must be available for inspection by buyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The BGF team decline responsibility for the condition of the games sold. Without any clarification from the seller, any game deposited is considered complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Toys<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Trading cards (Keep them for trading in the TCG Zone!)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Games without containers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Game accessories only<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Puzzles with more than 100 pieces<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Books not related to the game<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The organizers reserve the right to refuse to sell games that are damaged, incomplete or do not correspond to the spirit of a flea market dedicated to board games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The BGF team will do everything in its power to ensure that the game fair runs smoothly. Nevertheless, we decline all responsibility in the event of the disappearance or deterioration of game parts or boxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    So I can deposit 50 games for free?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    There is no charge for depositing and storing your games during the 3-day festival, however, the organization will take a 12% commission<\/strong> on games sold only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    But please note: the commission will be 50%<\/strong> if you don’t come to pick up your unsold games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Can I get my money back directly after the festival?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The money resulting from the sale of games, from which the BGF commission will have been deducted, will be paid within 15 working days into the account given at the end of this form. (There will be no cash payments).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    When can I pick up my unsold games?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Unsold games must be picked up at the end of the festival, as our nonprofit organization does not have the space or the logistical and human resources necessary to store them. If this rule is not followed, the organizers will take a 50% commission on the games sold instead of the standard 12%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • saturday 29 august 5PM – 6PM;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • sunday 30 august from 5PM;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
